Standard Cancellation Terms
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before the scheduled departure date and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Late Cancellation (within 5 days): If you cancel less than 5 days before your trip, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Same-Day or No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip or failure to arrive at the meeting point on time are considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Weather Conditions
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the case of bad weather conditions that make sailing unsafe or unpleasant, we offer the following:
- Rescheduling: We will first offer an alternative date or time.
- Full Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or does not suit your schedule, you will receive a full refund regardless of the notice period.
